Area of Expertise: Manufacturing Perspective on Standards

Tony Morales is a Senior Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering based at the Farmington Hills Harman Becker International, Pilot Factory facility. Since 1993 he has worked for ArvinMeritor, Woods Equipment and Harman Becker International where his jobs included Process Engineering, Plant Project Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Manager over multiple facilities, and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager among others. In his current role, Tony Morales currently is responsible for the design, development and implementation of all new equipment and processes for the manufacturing facilities within the automotive division of Harman Becker International’s North American and Far East transducer manufacturing facilities.
