Duration
All posts are put on the website for a 3 month time period. They are removed after 3 months or earlier on request.

Cost:

Positions Available: Full members: FREE. Non-members: $200 for 3 months. Individual members must pay the non-members rate.
Multiple Posting Discount: Where more than one job is posted at the same time (i.e. on the same date) you receive a 25% discount on the second and subsequent postings.

Positions Wanted: Individual members: FREE. Non-members: $50 for 3 months.

Privacy
Jobs and resumes posted will be in a part of the website accessible to anyone – members and non-members. This means that any information that you submit for posting is freely available via the internet. Information is posted at your own risk and ALMA does not accept any responsibility for any consequence resulting from the posting of such information. See also ‘can I post my resume anonymously?’ in the FAQ below.

Personal information is not required for use of ALMA’s services. ALMA gives its users complete control as to whether they wish to submit any personal information. Because the choice to share personal information rests in the users of the Company's services, any information received by ALMA from the EU is solely on an opt-in basis.

From time to time ALMA may make reference to postings on the job board in its email newsletters or other publicity material. By posting your resume you acknowledge that ALMA reserves the right to do this without seeking additional permission from you.

How to Post

Send me a completed order form, and the following:

For Open Positions, I need a catchy headline, a one or two sentence short description (if there are several jobs on the page this is what will be displayed so that people know its worth clicking on) and a full description. This should be supplied as a word document.

For Positions Wanted, I need a catchy headline, a one or two sentence short description of yourself (if there are several jobs on the page this is what will be displayed so that people know its worth clicking on) and a resume supplied in PDF format (or Word, which I can make into a PDF).

FAQs:

Can I post my resume anonymously?
Yes, but please ensure that you include contact details so that interested parties can contact you directly. ALMA management will treat all anonymous posts as confidential. However, please be aware that ALMA management is accountable to a board of directors and is required to provide details of people using this service to the board. This may include a list of people who have paid for job postings.

I am a consultant looking for project work. Can I post my resume here?
No, not unless you are looking for permanent employment. We will be launching some new initiatives to bring together contractors with potential business partners later in the year, so watch this space!

I want to post my resume and my company is a member – can I do this for free?
No - your membership is for the company, not you personally. You would need to pay the non-members rate or sign up as an individual member.

How do I place an advertisement?
Fill out the job posting order form and fax it back to me, with payment details if appropriate, and email me the information detailed in ‘What do I need to give you’ above.

I have filled the position I posted / got a job. How do I remove my posting?
Send an email to management@almainternational.org. We will endeavor to remove the posting within a week (usually within 48 hours).
