KLIPPEL QC SYSTEM is dedicated to very fast testing of loudspeaker drive units and complete systems in production or incoming goods control. It offers highly sensitive detection of Rub & Buzz defects, ambient noise detections, easy limit calculation and automatic detection of golden reference units. With new Motor-and-Suspension-Check Module the large signal parameters are tested within 1 second. It shows the voice coil offset in mm and suspension asymmetries in percent. These data are easy to interpret and directly indicate defects of motor and suspension. |
